Dongguan Hi-tech Cutting Tools Co., Ltd., which was established in 2011, is a high-tech enterprise collection of R&D, production, sales, and technical services in carbide cutting tools. Since 2017 we have established one modern production factory with world-class cemented carbide tool production technology in Zhuzhou, which is a beautiful city in the Southern part of China. Zhuzhou is the most famous carbide base in China which has a massive industrial fundament, and is the largest production, R&D and sales base in carbide inserts of China.

In April 2017,  we invested in advanced equipment, after the continuous optimization of technologies and processes, a complete production line was set up. We have a modern factory with more than 10,000 square meters, which combines molding, mixture material, pressing, sintering, further processing, PVD, and CVD coating.

Own advanced equipment in material analysis, structure plotting, dimension measurement, and appearance instrumentation, can provide various high-quality carbide inserts. All standard and customized products can be applied in different materials including P, M, K, etc.
